Zayn al-ʻAbidin's power of attorney, 1827
Zayn al-ʻAbidin has appointed his nephew Sayyid Muhammad (son of Sayyid ʻAli Asghar) as his attorney to calculate the portion of the water flow that Aqa Muhammad Baqir, the tenant, has usurped illegally. On behalf of Zayn al-ʻAbidin, Aqa Sayyid Muhammad has the right to solve the problem with the least leeway to the new water bed and without any loss to the waqf. December 19, 1827.

Settlement of Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Javad, with Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Haji Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn, over some shares of usage of water from a qanat, for two thousand and six hundred tumans.
